The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

Conditions for Returns

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to My Snack House Sdn. Bhd. 61, Jalan Perang, Taman Pelangi, 80400 Johor Bahru, Johor.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first purchase, if 3 days have passed since purchase we will not offer you any form of refund and/or exchange.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The Goods isn’t used or damaged.
  • In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • After the goods being used
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address (Relevant Address).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanging Goods

We gladly accept for exchange, mail out your item or return your item within 3 days from the date on
which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes
possession of the product delivered.
